In the 15th round, the Cleveland Indians select: LHP Michael Rayl - Palm Beach CC.
6"3" 185 lbs.

Michael Rayl is a left handed pitcher out of Palm Beach CC. He is rated 30th by BA in the state of Florida. One of the top Juco arms in the state of Florida and is currently set to attend Florida in the fall. One of his bigger issues has been a dip in velocity where he’s lost 5 MPH off his fastball, dropping the pitch to the mid 80’s. He has also shown a curve and change up this year. Might be hard to sign away from Florida.
