In the 23rd round of the 2010 Draft, the Indians select RHP Tony Dischler out of Louisiana State Univeristy.

Height: 6'3" Weight: 190 DOB: 03/06/1989 Bats: Right Throws: Right

Quick hit: From Baseball America Twitter post: "Cle 23rd-rder Tony Dischler must have a high price tag. Low-90s RHP, thought of him as a 4th-7th rd talent."

Baseball America: 105
PGCrosschecker: 219

Scout's Take: "Tony is out of LSU-Eunice. He is a big, strong physical guy with a fastball around 90-96 MPH. He needs a better feel for his slider and changeup. Based off of what I was told they would have to over pay for where they took him. My guess is that he's not signable, but if they can't sign one of their top picks, they can use that money and make a run at him.
