In the 31st round of the 2013 Draft the Cleveland Indians select right-handed pitcher Wil Crowe from Pigeon Forge High School (TN).

Born: 09/09/1994 - Height: 6'3" - Weight: 230 - Bats: Right - Throws: Right

Pre-draft rankings:

Baseball America: 141st
Perfect Game: 107th
Jonathan Mayo: 81st
Keith Law: 36th

Jeff Ellis: Crowe has been one of my favorites, but he is also pretty much unsignable. If not for injury I can't see him getting out of round two and he could have been a round one guy. He reminds me of Masterson with his size and sinking fastball.  He has a low/mid 90's fastball, but his curve might be his best pitch. He is more or less developed already. He doesn't have all star upside, but would be a high school kid that moves quickly and could surprise some people. Looks like a mid rotation starter in time.  I wanted him with the third round pick, but only question is can they sign him.
