In the 34th round of the 2013 Draft the Cleveland Indians select right-handed pitcher Dustin Cook, a redraft from San Jacinto College (TX).

Born: 11/03/1993 - Height: 6'5" - Weight: 220 - Bats: Right - Throws: Right

Jeff Ellis: The first thing you notice with him is the size at 6'5". He throws in the low 90's but there is undoubtly more velocity in that arm. He was a higher pick last year going in the 30th round to the Mets. He went the Junior College route and only got 20 innings this year. He was committed to Houston but went with the Juco route because that is what a guy who wants to get to the pros quicker does. He might be signable because of the lack of use last year. He has some upside just due to his size.
