2013 Indians 35th round pick: RHP Jordan Milbrath
In the 35th round of the 2013 Draft the Cleveland Indians select right-handed pitcher Jordan Milbrath from Augustana College (SD).
Born: 08/01/1991 - Height: 6'6" - Weight: 215 - Bats: Right - Throws: Right
Jeff Ellis: Milbrath is an intriguing arm. First off he is huge at 6'6". Second, he has really not pitched since high school until this spring and there was of course come struggles. He is big and raw, and while he sits in the low 90's the story is very similar to Cook where teams are betting there is more velocity in that arm. The issue with Milbrath is that he is already 22, so I would not be surprised to see him moved to the pen and developed that way thanks to what is considered for the draft an advanced age. Thanks to his size and the years he missed he is an interesting development pick late who I think will sign.
