The Cleveland Indians seem to be addressing all of their needs this offseason, even if they aren't using big dollars to do it. There aren't many questions remaining on the 25-man roster, but one that is glaring is the #5 starter. Today's IBI Power Poll will take a look at just that question. It could be a bigger question than you think. Last season, Scott Kazmir broke camp as the Indians' #5 starter. Who will it be this year? Join Jim Pete with your #5 starting options.

The Cleveland Indians added David Murphy to their offense, and they subtracted Drew Stubbs, but past those moves, the Indians' offensive line-up of 2014 will look a lot like the offense of 2013. Is there an opportunity for this offense to improve, or did it plateau last year thanks to the potential decline years of Michael Bourn and Nick Swisher? Join Jim Pete as he throws out an optimistic look at the Indians offense next season.

The Cleveland Indians have signed David Murphy, an underrated and to some, and underwhelming free agent this offseason, and haven't really done much of anything else to compensate their free agent losses. If you were able to take the keys from Chris Antonetti and drive the Indians ship, what would you do? Join Jim Pete in his less than perfect attempt to create a poll for you to do just that.

The rumors are circulating that the Cleveland Indians are entertaining offers for their ace, Justin Masterson. Of course, during the Winter Meetings, rumors and fact are often mixed together so much in this era of Twitter and Facebook, that it's hard to know what's true, and what's not. Join Jim Pete to find out what it will take for the Indians to deal their ace, or sign him long term so he remains at the Corner of Carnegie and Ontario.

The Cleveland Indians haven't joined the insane signing frenzy that has swept across Major League Baseball's landscape over the past several weeks, but don't let the quiet facade fool you. The Indians are making moves that fit their team, their budget and their chemistry, and they aren't quite done yet. Join Jim Pete as he decorates the Corner of Carnegie and Ontario with the moves the Indians have made so far, and how far they will go before the Indians begin their quest for a World Series in 2014.

The Cleveland Indians have a substantial hole at the back-end of their bullpen, thanks to the non-tendering of Chris Perez, and the faltering of Vinnie Pestano in 2013. With Joe Smith signing with the Angels, the Indians have to fill three spots in their pen, and in key spots. Jim Pete finds himself at the Corner of Carnegie and Ontario for a special edition, looking at past closer tendencies, and how it could effect the Indians in 2014.

The Cleveland Indians have many questions heading into the 2014 season, but have begun to answer those questions with the signing of David Murphy for the outfield. With their major hole apparently filled, the Indians will likely move to the bullpen to help fill the holes created by Chris Perez leaving, and Vinnie Pestano struggling. Join Jim Pete with this week's power, wondering who the next closer will be.

The Cleveland Indians kicked off their hot stove report with news of a new right fielder, a complete 40-Man roster (for now), and the first major trade of the offseason. Jim and Tony discuss the moves at full length, and take a look at how the Indians will begin to take shape over the next 90-days.

The Cleveland Indians served a bit of notice for the direction of their team in 2014 by signing former Boston and Texas outfielder David Murphy. The move seems minor in nature, but thanks to the position it fills, it should begin the domino process for this hot stove season. Join Jim Pete as he takes a close look at the Indians' acquisition, and what it could mean for the lineup in 2014.

The Cleveland Indians have a model that they've followed since John Hart left the Indians in 2001. This model has brought the club four 90-win seasons, but have failed to get the Indians to the World Series. Can this team take the next step, or will the follow the path of their predecessors, who failed to make the final moves to win the ultimate Prize. Join Jim Pete with his weekly stroll around the Corner of Carnegie...

The Cleveland Indians have a lot of decisions to make this offseason, but with their current crop of free agents still making up their minds, it's hard to predict where the Indians will go for free agent or trade help. While we are waiting, let's take a look at some potential "newcomers" within the system. In this week's Power Poll, which potential rookie or potential minor leaguer will have the most impact with the Indians in 2014?

We are a week into the Hot Stove season of the 2013-2014 baseball season, and the rumors and innuendos are already at play. Chris Perez is gone, Jason Giambi is back, and Ubaldo Jimenez, Scott Kazmir, Joe Smith and Matt Albers are leaving/staying/leaving/staying. Terry Francona has reached out to an old friend in Tim Hudson, and the ball is rolling at the Corner of Carnegie and Ontario. Join Jim Pete as he weaves through it all...

The Cleveland Indians embark on an important offseason today, as they look to build upon their incredulous journey from baseball obscurity to the playoffs in 2013. While many are focusing on the potential free agents and trade candidates out of the gate, the reality is that the Indians won't make any major moves until their own free agents are addressed. Do the Indians have their RubberDucks in row, and will they make the right moves? Join Jim Pete at the Corner of Carnegie and Ontario, as we take a close look.

The Cleveland Indians head into the 2013-2014 offseason with free-agent questions looming in front of them. Before Chris Antonetti and Terry Francona can answer those questions, they need to figure out just how much money they'll have to play with to potentially sign their internal free agents, before looking elsewhere next month. Join Jim Pete as he takes an early look at the Indians money situation heading into 2014, as well as some other internal player questions they'll need to answer in the coming weeks.

The Cleveland Indians are putting their 2013 season behind them, and while the 92-win season was a massive improvement from the 2012 debacle, this team is just getting started. What will the Indians do in 2014? Will they trade Asdrubal Cabrera? Will they sign Ubaldo Jimenez? Will they sign Asdrubal Cabrera? Will they fix Trevor Bauer? Will Jose Ramirez start the year off in Cleveland, and where? Join Jim Pete as ponders what may happen in 2014.

The Cleveland Indians are facing an extremely difficult offseason in which both Ubaldo Jimenez and Scott Kazmir are entering free agency. Obviously, both pitchers rounded into a form that is reminiscent of their dominant years with both Colorado and Tampa Bay. The question is, do you sign both pitchers, or do you have to temper your offers based on the simple fact that Justin Masterson is a free agent in 2014? Join Jim Pete for this week's power poll.
