Triple-A Columbus infielder Zach Walters continues to impress in the early going since the Indians acquired him last week from the Cardinals in exchange for Justin Masterson. Fresh off a player hitting for the cycle just a week earlier, the Indians got another one in their system on Sunday from the hot bat of outfielder Jordan Smith. He was able to pitch deep into the game; however, he really struggled with his command all night. Though the lower levels of the minors are more about development than raw results, it is always great to see a top prospect putting up strong numbers down in Lake County.
