When it comes to prospects, sometimes the divide between one who makes it and one who does not just comes down to health. Roberto Perez and LeVon Washington are both examples of this, as they are both in the midst of big years after injury-riddled 2013 seasons. Now that both are healthy, Perez and Washington are raking, as they did Saturday. Join Arthur Kinney as he writes about Perez and his future, Washington and his potential rise, and much more as he takes you Around the Farm.

Two RubberDucks still headlined the night, however, with Will Roberts putting together his best start of the season and Francisco Lindor showing off some power. Join Jim Piascik as he breaks down the busy night in the system and takes you Around the Farm.

The Columbus Clippers lost two games Thursday, even though they started off with the lead in one of them. The Clippers' game against Buffalo was rained out part way through on Wednesday, so the two teams finished up before playing a seven-inning night cap. The first game ended with a 5-3 Buffalo win, while Columbus lost the second, 7-4.

When a player moves up the minor league ladder, it’s safe to assume that it might take them some time to acclimatize to each level. That isn’t the case with Columbus Clippers outfielder Tyler Holt. Ever since making his Triple-A debut on May 26, Holt has been a revelation. Grant Miller recently spoke with Holt about his transition and his goals for the rest of the season.

Nights like Clint Frazier had on Thursday have not come as frequently as we would like for the center fielder so far in 2014, but while Frazier is struggling a bit this year, putting up big stats this season is not the real goal. It is more important right now for Frazier to learn about the grind that is the minor league season, just like another top prospect a few years ago with. Join Jim Piascik as he explains Frazier's situation in more detail, breaks down Carlos Moncrief's recent surge, and much more as he takes you Around the Farm.
