Around the Farm (ATF) takes a quick look at some of the daily performances by Indians prospects. This is a special fall and winter ball version of ATF that recaps all the offseason action by Indians players in offseason winter ball leagues.  The positions listed below are where the player was playing in the game.

Venezuela Winter League (LVBP)

Jesus Aguilar (Leones del Caracas 1B): 2-5, 1 K. Aguilar stretches his hitting streak to eight games with another multi-hit effort. He's nearing the end of an impressive winter league season with an OPS currently over 1.000 and more home runs than he had all last season in Akron. Its going to be really interesting to see how this performance translates to Columbus this coming season.

Dominican Winter League (LIDOM)

Carlos Santana (Leones del Escogido 3B): 3-5, 1 HR, 1 RBI, 1 K. Overall, Santana had his best night since joining Escogido. He went 3-5 at the plate with his first home run, raising his average to .350 in his short time in the Dominican. Obviously the big story for Santana is his defense at third base. In the field, he had a putout on a foul pop and fielded a groundball without incident.
