Around the Farm (ATF) takes a quick look at some of the daily performances by Indians prospects. This is a special fall and winter ball version of ATF that recaps all the offseason action by Indians players in offseason winter ball leagues.  The positions listed below are where the player was playing in the game.

Well, ATF is back for at least a day thanks to Elvis Araujo making an appearance in the Caribbean Series on Tuesday night.

Elvis Araujo (Navegantes del Magallanes, RP) - W (1-0), 2 IP, perfect, 1 K.  Araujo, who was picked up as a refuerzo by Magallanes prior to the Caribbean Series, pitched two innings of perfect relief to pick up the relief win after starterTyson Brummett only went four innings. He is really having a nice showing in winter ball and if he is healthy and back in form then he could be heading toward a much needed big 2014 season in the Indians minor league system.

For those not following the Caribbean Series standings, here is an update:

NOTE:  the Naranjas de Villa Clara have finished their Round Robin games as they have a bye on Wednesday.

Navegantes del Magallanes (Venezuela) - 3-0
Naramjeros de Hermosillo (Mexico) - 2-1
Tigres del Licey (Dominican Republic) - 1-2
Indios de Mayaguez (Puerto Rico) - 1-2
Naranjas de Villa Clara (Cuba) - 1-3

Top four advance to semifinals.

As of now, it does not appear that the Australian Baseball League Championship Series will be airing in the United States.

Needs to prove he is healthy over a full season. And also that he can be a consistent starter every fifth day. It is interesting that he is having the success in the pen....I don't expect him to pitch in a pen role this year as he probably starts at Carolina, but I think the bullpen could be the next destination for him, as soon as midseason if he continues to struggle with health and consistency.

If Araujo is healthy how far can he move up the system this year? If he has a good year does he become a option for 15 or 16?
