Around the Farm (ATF) takes a quick look at some of the daily performances by Indians prospects. This is a special fall and winter ball version of ATF that recaps all the offseason action by Indians players in the Arizona Fall League and the Caribbean Leagues.  The positions listed below are where the player was playing in the game.

The Arizona Fall League was off on Saturday but the Venezuela Winter League was in action and only one Indians player was in action.

Jesus Aguilar (Leones de Caracas, 1B) - 2-3, 1 R, 2 RBI, 2 BB, 1 K.  With the Arizona Fall League off for the Hitting Challenge on Saturday, Aguilar was the only Indian player to participate in a real game but his performance was good enough to carry this column by itself.  Aguilar picked up his first run in the top of the second inning after a leadoff walk.  After a swinging strikeout in the third, he picked up line drive singles to the outfield in the fifth and sixth, with the latter driving in two runs.  A walk in the eighth inning rounded out his stellar offensive night in which he reached base in four of his five plate appearances. In three games so far this offseason he is 7-for-10 with a HR, 5 RBI and 4 walks. He will undoubtedly cool off at some point, but wow, what a start.
