EASTLAKE - After two victories, the Captains came back for another win over the Hot Rods, with a walk off double in the ninth from Jeremy Lucas

The Captains' Robbie Aviles and the Hot Rods' Kevin Brandt both started off nine up, nine down, with no hit until the top of the fourth.

The Hot Rods capitalized on that hit, scoring their first run in the top of that inning and taking the lead.

Aviles finished after six innings, allowing six hits, two runs, walked one and struck out four. D.J. Brown came in to relieve Aviles, and he finished out the game, allowing just two hits and struck out three.

Brandt threw six innings, and finished allowing no hits, walking one and struck out three. Andrew Hanse came in to relieve Brandt, throwing just two innings, allowing one hit and four strike outs. Marcus Jensen came in to close for the Hot Rods, allowing all five of the Captains hits, including Lucas' walk off double to take the 3-2 victory.

This is the Captains fourth walk off victory, and the second for Lucas.

This gives the Captains the sweep over the Hot Rods, they have an off day Tuesday before South Bend comes into town.
