MIDLAND, MI- The middle game of the three game series between the Lake County Captains (1-4) and the Great Lakes Loons (2-3) has been postponed due to bad field conditions and possible inclement weather. The game has been rescheduled for tomorrow (Wednesday) April 10th at 1:05 PM. The game will be seven innings as a part of a doubleheader to close the series.

The pitching matchup for the first game is RHP Luis Dejesus (0-0, 6.75) for the Captains vs. RHP Zachary Bird (0-0, 0.00) for the Loons.

Game two will take place approximately 30 minutes following the conclusion of game one. The probable pitching matchup for the nightcap is LHP Ryan Merritt (0-1, 1.80) for Lake County and RHP Angel Sanchez (0-1, 11.75) for Great Lakes.

Following the conclusion of the doubleheader, the Captains will travel to Fort Wayne, Indiana to begin a four game series on Thursday night. The Loons will travel to Dayton, Ohio to face the Dragons on Thursday night.
