The Cleveland Indians today announced they have recalled infielder Justin Sellers from Triple-A Columbus and have placed third baseman Lonnie Chisenhall on the Paternity List.

Sellers, 28, was acquired on March 2 from the Los Angeles Dodgers and appeared in 13 games this spring with Cleveland, hitting .450 (9-20) with 3 doubles and 3 RBI.  He opened the season at Triple-A Columbus (6 games, .158, 3-for-19), appearing in 4 games at shortstop and 2 games at third base.

Chisenhall remained in Cleveland with his wife, Meredith, as they are expecting their second child. Lonnie has hit in all five games he has appeared in this year (.400, 6-for-15).  Players can remain on the Paternity List for a period of 1-to-3 days.
