Goodyear Notebook: March 15th

It was a busy day yesterday at minor league camp as the Indians players once again practiced and did drills all morning with PFPs, chalk talk, fundamental drills, and infield/outfield practice. Things were changed up a little the second half of practice as the pitchers threw live batting practice again on three of the fields, and then on the other field the Indians conducted a short four inning intrasquad game.

The days start to get longer now as players will now have morning practice, break for lunch, and play a full nine inning game at 1PM almost every day. The minor league spring game action kicks off today with the Indians’ Triple-A and Double-A teams home against the Brewers, and the High-A and Low-A teams away at Maryvale.
