As the offseason is now in full swing, the IBI staff gives final recaps of 2013 and begins speculation of the Indians' potential offseason activities and transactions. In addition, Tony Lastoria takes a trip to Arizona to report on the Instructional and Fall leagues which various Indians prospects are participating in.
