I have a new feature to debut on the site today, a video show called "IPI on Site". This show will air two to four times a month - hopefully weekly - during the season and will be an on-air interview with a player in the Cleveland Indians organization that also includes some highlight s of them in action.  This is but the first of several new features and enhancements coming to the site with the start of the new season. More on all of that very soon.

One quick note: I have zero experience in this field with interviewing in front of a camera. Also, for this interview I had originally planned for it to be a test shoot only and not air it, but after watching it I was pleased enough with the quality of the interview (and loved the production), so I decided to air it. With this being a new show and venture for the site, we are learning as we go along and in a short time we will be much smoother with the delivery of this show. If you have any ideas, feedback or whatever, feel free to contact me.

Thanks as always to the great Michael Taylor for the help with these videos, and most of all, thanks for watching!

Great job Tony. As Tony's high school coach, I can tell you he truly is the "energizer bunny" he mentioned. A great kid who just loves to play baseball. Good luck this year, Coach Fletes

Nice interview. We did a couple of interviews ofTony when he was in high school playing for Rancho Buena Vista and right after he signed with Cleveland. He's really a likeable young man with great talent. You captured the real Tony!

Thanks....Tony is a great young man with a bright future. The show is rapidly will be cleaned up more as we go along. I wasn't even going to air this because it was just a test shoot with no pre-planning beforehand to tell Tony what we would talk about....but I felt good about it in the end so decided to air it. More are coming over the course of the season!
