Salazar Up

RHP Danny Salazar is up from extended spring training and with Low-A Lake County. He will slide into the starting rotation. The move is not official yet, but he should be activated when his spot comes up in the rotation (no idea when that is at the moment). No word on who is being sent out to make room for him.
