Smoke Signals is back on the cyberwaves tonight for a special half hour edition from 11:00pm – 11:30pm EST.

Indians Baseball Insiders Tony Lastoria and Jim Pete are back with a special edition of Smoke Signals. Jim and Tony will take a look at the Hot Stove League, including the trade for Trevor Bauer, as well as the signings of Mark Reynolds, Nick Swisher and Brett Myers. They'll also look ahead at the rest of the offseason, and the players that could fall into the Indians laps before pitchers and catchers report to Goodyear on February 10th.

I think there is a decent chance they make a smaller trade and deal from their position of depth with all the pen arms, though maybe not until the end of spring training. Lots of teams will be in need of pen arms and the Indians will have some. Unless some of the guys like Marcum etc come down considerably in price, I expect the Indians to maybe only sign a Jurrjens type for 2-4M to maybe add some depth to the rotation.

Could we see the Tribe move a bullpen arm like Joe Smith or Matt Albers to free some wiggle to make another FA splash for a SP like Shaun Marcum? OR should we expect to see the Tribe try to land an arm like Jair Jurggens? Any news on a LHRP?
