Smoke Signals is back on the cyberwaves tonight from 10:00pm – 11:00pm EST. The one hour show airs every Tuesday and is hosted by’s Tony Lastoria and Jim Pete and is brought to you by the Akron Aeros.

In tonight's show, the IBI's Steve Orbanek steps in along with Jim to discuss what transpired in the series opening game between the Indians and Red Sox, and Tony will call in at some point to join in on the discussion. They will also take the time to look at two pitchers going in different directions with Justin Masterson off to a hot start to date and Carlos Carrasco banished to the minors and maybe done in Cleveland until September, the struggles of Jason Kipnis to date, what we have learned through the first two weeks of the season, and more!

Carrasco can help this team this year and we need him up before September. I'd like to see him and Bauer be paer of the starting 5 this season. Thank goodness that the Cubs outbid us for Edwin jackson. He's 0-2 and it would have been a terrible deal.

Based on his stellar outing in Columbus, Carrasco is going in the same direction as Masterson.
