Smoke Signals 7/3: Stars and stripes edition
Smoke Signals is back on the cyberwaves today at a special time 11:00am – 12:00pm EST. The one hour show is hosted by Tony Lastoria and Jim Pete and airs every Tuesday. With Smoke Signals back to its normal one hour format it allows us much more time to talk about several topics surrounding the team, talk about the recently completed game that night, and have guests on quite regularly.
With no show last week, today Jim and I have lots to talk about and catch up on. We will talk about last night’s 3-0 loss to the Angels, the recent road trip and the rest of the current homestand, a stretch that is vital to the Indians hopes of staying in contention. We will also talk about the recent injury to Lonnie Chisenhall and today’s expected return of Travis Hafner to the lineup, the good and bad with the rotation and lineup, and talk about some of the Indians best power hitting options in the minors.
For those that are subscribed to the Smoke Signals feed through iTunes, you will also now be getting a new show included in that feed. Every Sunday “The Inside Pitch” runs for a half hour from 7:00-7:30PM EST and is hosted by IPI site contributors Jeff Ellis and Andrew Zajac. The show will have a strong focus on fantasy baseball, but will also cover other topics surrounding MLB and the Indians from time to time.
Feel free to call us at 1-347-202-0338 or email us at email@example.com to talk about anything on your mind. Thanks again for listening!
