Smoke Signals 7/31: Trade deadline edition
Smoke Signals is back on the cyberwaves tonight at 10:00pm – 11:00pm EST. The one hour show is hosted by Tony Lastoria and Jim Pete and airs every Tuesday.
Tonight we will talk about what else? The trade deadline. The Indians have scuffled some over the past four weeks which may have affected their trade plans, so we will discuss what has happened of late as well as break down what the Indians did or did not do at the trade deadline. There are a lot of different angles with all of this, that which will not be known until today's 4:00PM deadline passes. We will review what the Indians may have bought or sold, or if they do nothing try and make sense of that. Time permitting we will also go over some of the best/worst trade deadline deals the Indians have made in the Jacobs/Progressive Field era.
For those that are subscribed to the Smoke Signals feed through iTunes, you will also now be getting a new show included in that feed. Every Sunday “The Inside Pitch” runs for a half hour from 7:00-7:30PM EST and is hosted by IPI site contributors Jeff Ellis and Andrew Zajac. The show will have a strong focus on fantasy baseball, but will also cover other topics surrounding MLB and the Indians from time to time.
Feel free to call us at 1-347-202-0338 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to talk about anything on your mind. Thanks again for listening!
