Smoke Signals: Episode 6.8
Smoke Signals is back on the cyberwaves tonight from 10:00pm – 11:00pm EST. The one hour show airs every Tuesday and is hosted by IndiansBaseballInsider.com’s Tony Lastoria and Jim Pete and is brought to you by the Akron Aeros.
In tonight's episode, Tony and Jim discuss the results of the first game of a brief but big two-game set with the Detroit Tigers. In addition to that they will discuss what may have been the best offseason move by the Indians flipping Esmil Rogers for Mike Aviles and Yan Gomes. It may not be the biggest and most impactful move, but they will talk about why it may be the front office's best for sure. They will also touch on the rebound of Ubaldo Jimenez and about his important start coming up against Justin Verlander on Wednesday, they will talk some minor league baseball, and more!
