Bulls Bash Clippers 12-5
Durham hammered the Clippers 12-5 Saturday in the series opener at Huntington Park.

The Cleveland Indians today announced they have acquired RHP Chris Perez and a player to be named from the St. Louis Cardinals in exchange for INF/OF Mark DeRosa.

Rochester rallies to beat Clippers 8-7
The Rochester Red Wings rallied last and beat the Clippers 8-7 on Thursday.

Today, the Indians traded first baseman Michael Aubrey to the Baltimore Orioles in exchange for a player to be named later. High-A Kinston third baseman Lonnie Chisenhall won the home run derby last night that occurred before the Carolina League California League All Star Game. He beat out five other players, and is the first Kinston player to win the home run derby since Chris Gimenez did it two years ago in 2007.
