(Photo: ASU Athletics) The Indians have signed 13th round pick infielder Zack MacPhee. Baseball America's Jim Callis noted that he signed for $150K. There is no word where he may be assigned, but it seems very likely that he will get some games in at short season Single-A Mahoning Valley before the end of the season.

(Photo: The Indians have signed 19th round pick left-handed pitcher Shawn Morimando. Sources early yesterday morning indicated that both sides were closing in on a deal. While the Indians have yet to announce anything from a signing standpoint, both Baseball America and Jonathan Mayo of have reported the signing as official and say it is for $350K.

Shin-Soo Choo The Indians have activated outfielder Shin-Soo Choo from the 15-day disabled list today. He had been on the disabled list since June 25th after suffering a fractured left thumb after being hit by a pitch the night before in San Francisco.
