Playoff baseball returned to Cleveland this year as Terry Francona and company surged to a 92-70 record and a berth in the wild card playoff game. That berth makes 2013 a success for Cleveland, even though the team lost in the one-game playoff. Given where this team was at the end of last year, the turnaround is just tremendous. As I do at the end of every year, here is part two of me ranking all 49 players who logged time for the big league club in 2013.

The Indians completed a terrific season last week that culminated in a 4-0 loss to the Tampa Bay Rays in the American League Wild Card Game. The 2013 season was filled with numerous ups and downs for the team, but everything is pretty much looking up for the future. Join the IBI's Steve Orbanek as he looks back at the year that was in the IBI staple Notes From the Wigwam.

Obviously, both pitchers rounded into a form that is reminiscent of their dominant years with both Colorado and Tampa Bay. The question is, do you sign both pitchers, or do you have to temper your offers based on the simple fact that Justin Masterson is a free agent in 2014? Join Jim Pete for this week's power poll.

As the Indians season comes to an end, they find themselves in an enviable position when it comes to their depth at catcher. Coming into this season the Indians seemed to be set for the foreseeable future behind the plate with the heavy hitting Carlos Santana and looked to be in good shape at one of the most important positions on the diamond. Then, without warning, Yan Gomes happened. IBI newcomer Matt Rose opines in his debut piece about how valuable Gomes was in 2013 and how the catching situation is even more enviable.
